OUGD505 - Brief 1 - Who? & My ideas

For this brief I need to chose who to create a bank note for after my broad research I have further interest in brittish currency this is because there is still more I want to know about the note itself one thing in particular is the design and why its designed the way it is, I feel I have stronger connection with this currency because Im a brittish citizen I also feel it is time for the progression of bank notes, starting by removing the monarch from money, I believe something important or someone important has a turn to be on the bank note for england.

Starting with this I have a few ideas what I could do to improve the current currency for the future.
To do this I have used mind maps to show my process of thinking - I have considered possibly routes to improve the note or even digital money, such as 'fingerprint system', 'glowing money' and 'waterproof money' many of these features i believe could improve the service of money and even the durability in terms of physical money. I believe physical money to continue due to the case many people prefer to have a physical entity not only this but to believe you have still got some control over your money. Not only this I believe digital money will progress further and will cover at least half of the world in terms of taget audience. The progression of both digital and physical money I believe to be the future.
