The Brief
Everyone uses public transport in their life especially trains, the system
is overcomplicated and difficult to use thus slowing down the time to
travel not only is the process slow but the ticketing system is not economical
and needs to change. Design something that will improve travelling on trains
for every day commuters that could effectively reduce the time of travel
and waste.
Main reasons why the system is difficult.
- Too many passes and tickets to remember
- Paper is outdated and not economical
- Map is not easy accessible
Considerations
- Target audience
- Research into digital tickets and other forms of tickets that aren't paper.
- Consider simple and functional design
Requirements
A functional and practical solution to train travel ease.
Deliverables
A concept design which could improve travel for commuters (this does not have to
be a finished product but should show the product as concept design.?
