rather than making it all about Leeds I wanted to spread this further to the
places I like to travel to nearby so that if someone wished to visit the
typography I have chosen to take pictures of they would be able to travel
their by either bus/train reasonably cheaply all my images are taken in these
areas;
Leeds City
Wakefield City
Castleford
Garforth
Aberford
Great Preston
I also visited other areas close by but couldn't find typography that appealed to
me there is a clear theme of hand painted and or vintage signs, this is because
I appreciate typography that has stood through time, I have also found a number
of signs which appealed to me which do not particularly fit this criteria but I
thought were created out of the box such as Leds signs or 3D cut out signs for
example I felt these were much more appealing to me than type that is flat and
just printed on a sheet of metal per say. Here are some of the images I collected
